SHIPPING NOTICE

We are so sorry that shipping delays have been inevitable during the epidemic. Due to the suspension of most international airlines and the long customs clearance process, the delivery time of your package will be much longer than expected.

Under the influence of the coronavirus, the airline industry has been hit hard. Most airlines announced that they would drastically reduce the flights and air cargo capacity. Over 90% of international flights have been or will be suspended.

Affected by local quarantine and customs clearance policies, the customs in most countries cannot process the clearance in time because of the limited manpower. Customs clearance is inefficient, and goods are stranded at the customs for much longer time than expected.

In the difficult air transportation conditions, we are still trying our best to find reliable airlines for our customers, contact the local customs to shorten clearance time. Please give us some more time.

If you have not received the tracking number, please be patient. We will handle it and email you tracking info as soon as possible.

If you have received the tracking number, but the tracking info has not updated, please be patient. We are keeping an eye out for your packages and trying to speed up the customs clearance process.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order may be shipped in different packages, please don't worry if you didn't get all items at the first package, we must ship other items in other packages.

Postal deliveries: If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, please contact us and we will provide a delivery deadline and then offer a solution.

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.


Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system.

What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

NOTE:

1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email us your message pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.

5. The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

6. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

7. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.

8. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.

9. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
